What clients say about our service

Karen Hickman Local Guide·85 reviews·114 photos "My daughter did her works experience here this week. She had an amazing time working with a whole load of animals. The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable." sorid492 "Absolutely couldn’t say a bad thing about this place. Jeanette’s ethos is to allow kids to be kids - my three girls over the years love the place. They go clean and well dressed - come out absolutely filthy and hay sticking out their hair from the hay pit buzzing with innocent childhood happiness. Workers are all lovely and attentive with the kids. Place is an absolute children’s dream" Susan Ward Local Guide·56 reviews·7 photos "Visited on tues 16th aug. On a day that was forecast for rain and thunderstorms!!!. Myself and twin grandbairns all suited and booted for weather. Ha ha missed the rain and thunder. We all had a smashing day. Eeee the bairns loved it. As did myself. The pony club children were so polite and helpfull. They could not do enough to help me with my grandchildren. OMG so much to see and do. Got lots of photos and memories. The young lady from the reptile unit was lovely and so informative. She knew her stuff. Cant fault this place. Lots to do and see. And the entrance price was amazing. Thank you all for a smashing day. I wish you all well for the future" Pamela Hughes 28 reviews·1 photo "Came here a few years ago now to complete a volunteer day with work.
