Holding hands provides support services, trainings and advice to support Black and Ethnic minority communities, especially those in vulnerable situation. Through our safe space activities, befriending services, employability, signposting and integrational support, we ensures that our beneficiaries receives the maximum support they need to thrive in the life and wellbeing.

Our aim is to tackle Inequalities, hardship and intersectionality that People from the Black and ethnic minority communities faces in their everyday life. By providing them with the right support they need to thrive in all aspect of their wellbeing and live their full potential.
