Grace House offer support to disabled children and young people up to the age of 25 and support to their families. Support for disabled young people includes

  • support and advice around disability,
  • welfare, financial and disability advice and food vouchers when available,
  • one to one counselling for disabled young people aged up to 25, their parent and family carers and for sibling of the disabled children.
  • family counselling,
  • youth groups for children aged 10 to 18,
  • sports groups for children aged 10 to 18,
  • social groups, for young people aged 18-25,
  • life skills programme for children aged 12 plus,
  • work experience programme for young people aged 16 to 25,
  • holistic and therapeutic activities for parents and family carers; like Yoga, Gong baths and journaling for wellbeing,
  • holiday clubs both to tackle holiday hunger and to be family inclusive for children from 0 to 18
  • sports classes for children aged 10-18,
  • seated exercise for disabled young people aged 18 to 25
