NextGen is an inclusive weekly youth club for young people with special educational needs and disabilities from the ages of 11 to 18 years. The group runs on a Monday evening providing a safe supportive space to have fun, make new friends and flourish.
If a young person would usually receive one-to-one care, or relies on having a carer available then we do ask that one attends the club with the young person.
The group chooses its own activities which range from:
- Trips to the Bowling Alley, Cinema and Laser Quest
- Movie nights
- Arts & Crafts
- Cooking & Baking
- Pool & Table Tennis
- Football & Basketball
- Themed Activities
YouthAbility is fully supported by youth workers as well as trained sessional support workers.
