 Over 12 weeks we will provide support and practical tips to help you eat a more balanced diet, cook healthy meals on a budget, know which foods to avoid and how to increase weight loss through fun activity.

. What you should do before/ during your first class:

In order to make sure the programme continues to be successful; you’ll be asked to complete some questionnaires. You’ll also be asked to complete questionnaires again at the end of the 12-week programme. This information is useful to see how much progress you have made, and to keep track of how Weight management programme helping people.

3. What to bring to your first class:
