People living with Parkinson’s are invited to come along to Silksworth Tennis and Community Pool for gentle tennis training, coaching and fun games under the instruction of qualified coaches. Have some fun and meet others living with Parkinson’s.
No experience needed. These take place on the indoor courts and all equipment is provided.
It’s not just about playing tennis though, there are so many other physical activities that people with Parkinson’s can try.
