Monthly Carers’ Time Out Days
These provide a much-needed break for unpaid Carers, offering varied group activities, therapy treatments and a tasty lunch, with plenty of time to chat and make new friends. Taster treatments and group activities provide a relaxing yet stimulating time away from normal life, with all its bustle and noise.
