Everyone deserves to enjoy the benefits of swimming in an environment that makes them feel comfortable. That’s why we offer women’s only swimming classes at our Silksworth Tennis and Community Pool centre. This swim session is designed to be safe, fun and supportive for ladies as they start or continue along their swim journey.
These ladies only swim lessons are with female lifeguards and cater to girls and women of all abilities. With our ladies swimming session, you can develop a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the social and mental benefits of swimming.
