Downhill Seated Aerobics
Downhill’s Seated Aerobics session runs from The Community Hub every Tuesday from 11am-12 pm. The aim of the sessions are to help improve posture, mobility and balance in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The session begins with a gentle warm up followed by aerobics exercises carried out to music, finishing off with yoga and a little meditation.
