Our Carers on the Move group is a monthly walking group especially for unpaid carers, led by a trained walk leader. The walk is held on the third Thursday of every month, starting from various locations across the city. The walks normally last for an hour and are suitable for all fitness levels. Friends and well behaved dogs on leads are also welcome. The group also stop at a local cafe or pub afterwards for refreshments. Please contact us to book a place.
